Born in Mexico City in the late sixties. Angelica studied in Mexico and the United States. Her love for nature and sea life brought her to Cozumel to pursue a career in the diving industry, which she did professionally for 13 years.
“When I was a little girl I could not understand why adults were so unaware of the suffering of street dogs and work animals. I am grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in Cozumel.
I hope to raise awareness among the Mexican people of how these companions should be considered.” Angelica is married and raising two children.
